Mina Smallman, the mother of two sisters murdered in Wembley, has addressed the Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley's, response to Baroness Louise Casey's review, which said that the force needs a "complete overhaul".

Ms Smallman, who has becoma a women's safety campaigner, added "this is not the time to be defending the police" whilst they "squabble" and show "arrogance".
