The Biden administration increased tariffs on $18 billion of Chinese imports, including electric cars, semiconductors and steel, with those duties in some cases reaching 100%. John Stoltzfus of Oppenheimer Asset Management tells Reuters this creates investment opportunities in domestic manufacturers.
