मणिपुर में महिलाओं को निर्वस्त्र कर घुमाने के मामले में अब तक चार आरोपी गिरफ्तार हो चुके हैं. राज्यपाल ने कहा कि ऐसी हिंसा जिंदगी में नहीं देखी.

So far four accused have been arrested in the case of making women parade naked in Manipur. The Governor said that he had never seen such violence in his life.
