Shinde's faction in the court have placed some points in the defense of Shinde and the rebellion, for which Supreme Court could proceed with the hearing tomorrow. They said that Shinde and other ministers simply questioned the working of the leader Uddhav Thackarey and did not opposed Shivsena.
