London Fire Brigade: Commissioner Roe 'horrified' at report

The London Fire Brigade commissioner Andy Roe says that "it's a shameful day" after sexism and racism was found within the force.

He spoke to Sky News' Tom Parmenter on the day a scathing report was released about widespread abhorrent behaviour within the ranks.
