दरअसल यूनाइटेड किंगडम ऑफ ग्रेट ब्रिटेन और उत्तरी आयरलैंड की महारानी एलिजाबेथ द्वितीय का बीते गुरुवार के दिन निधन हो गया. निधन के वक्त उनकी उम्र 96 साल की थी. बता दें कि क्लीन एलिजाबेथ ने 70 सालों तक ब्रिटन पर राज किया है. वहीं यूपी के अलावा गृह मंत्रालय ने एक बयान के अनुसार दिवंगत गणमान्य व्यक्ति के सम्मान में भारत सरकार ने भी फैसला किया है कि 11 सितंबर को पूरे भारत में एक दिन का राजकीय शोक रहेगा और सभी भवनों पर आधा झुका हुआ तिरंगा फहराया जाएगा.
