It's an issue of responsibility: Who is legally to blame for two deaths after a boating collision on Lake Joseph on August 24, 2019?

It was a crash that took the lives of 64-year-old Gary Poltash of Florida and 48-year-old Suzana Brito of Uxbridge.

Linda O'Leary, wife of businessman and former "Dragon's Den" stars Kevin O'Leary, is facing a single count of careless operation of a vessel under the Canada shipping act.

This week--the court was shown a security video from the dock of Muskoka neighbour who hosted a dinner party hours before the collision.
