Libya's parliament has yet to come up with a date for presidential polls, which were meant to bring an end to a decade of conflict and lawlessness since a 2011 revolt.
Thousands of people have been killed and wounded since then, many of them displaced and made homeless.
Some of them fled eastern Libya after renegade military commander Khalifa Haftar invaded in 2018 and have been struggling to make a living in the capital.
Al Jazeera’s Malik Traina reports from Tripoli, Libya.
