Bad weather has caused damage in several regions across Lebanon.
In the north, heavy rainfall flooded plains, trapped families in their homes and destroyed camps for Syrian refugees.
This is becoming a yearly occurrence, blamed on global climate change, and also poorly maintained infrastructure and bad governance.
