FOOD CHECKING. L’indice nutritionnel pourrait bientôt être obligatoire sur tous les produits de supermarché, y compris les fromages comme le roquefort. Problème : la note de ce dernier serait alors la pire. Selon Serge Hercberg, le « père » du Nutri-score, l’indice qu’il a créé a beaucoup de qualité… mais aussi des limites.
