Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in Lok Sabha had said that both the nations India and China will pull back their troops from Pangong Tso area in a phased manner. In response to this Congress party had accused Modi govt and have said that this govt has surrendered in front of China. But  Congress's claim on the agreement with China was rejected by former army chief General VP Malik and he said that the agreement has been made in the interest of the country and denies the claims of the Congress party.
