Speaking to Sky News ahead of the final leaders' debate, shadow education secretary Bridget Phillipson said Sir Keir Starmer "likes being challenged" - and "being able to set out Labour's position".

The Labour frontbencher said the Tories have only communicated negativity and lies about what Labour would do.
