Rosena Allin-Khan hits out at the "morally reprehensible" decision of Tory MPs to reject extending free school meals to school holidays and says Labour will push for another vote on the issue.

The Shadow Mental Health Minister says footballer Marcus Rashford, who has been campaigning on the issue, "represents the best of our country".
