Ahead of the King's Speech, Kay Burley asks Labour's Pat McFadden about education, an area Sky News has focused on in its series of reports on "ghost children" that are missing out on schooling.

In response, he says: "We've got a lot of problems, I hope we're going to fix it...It's the most powerful thing a government can do, is give a child a good education".
