Model Kate Moss, who dated actor Johnny Depp from 1994 to 1998, said during testimony in the actor’s defamation suit against ex-wife Amber Heard that he “never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.”

Moss said during a trip to Jamaica she had fallen down stairs made slippery by the rain and that Depp had given her medical attention.

Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, for libel in the Fairfax County Circuit Court over a December 2018 op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post describing herself as "a public figure representing domestic abuse." His lawyers say he was defamed by the article even though it never mentioned him by name.
