TMZ and the U.K.'s Sun newspaper have published video of what's believed to be Prince William out shopping with Kate Middleton.

The Princess of Wales has not been seen in public since Kensington Palace said she underwent major abdominal surgery in January and she is not expected to return to public duties until after Easter.

As Crystal Goomansingh explains, this has only further fuelled the Royal rumour mill.
