The Jabalia refugee camp was attacked for the third day in a row.
This time, the target was near a UN-affiliated run school.
The Abu Hessein School was housing thousands of displaced people when the strike happened.
The UN Human Rights office says repeated attacks on Jabalia could amount to a war crime.

And in the past couple of minutes we have heard there've been more air strikes in northern Gaza.
Al Jazeera’s correspondent Youmna El Sayed is in Gaza city for the latest updates.
