Countless families across Canada have loved ones living in the Middle East, and are closely watching the conflict unfold in Israel and Gaza.

In Toronto, some organizations are working around the clock to help provide aid to victims.

Magen David Adom, a charity affiliated with the International Red Cross, has been working non-stop to purchase medical aid — including oxygen tanks, defibrillators and blood donation supplies to send to those on the ground in Israel.
