Ireland struggling under increase in asylum seeker numbers

Micheal Martin, the Irish Prime Minister, says that the UK policy of sending some people claiming asylum to Rwanda is at least part of the reason for a surge in arrivals in his country.

Public accommodation in Ireland said to be full, with temporary facilities being built at speed on public land.
