A year-long investigation by Global News has revealed that a sex offender in Saskatchewan, Dennis Hall, was involved in a Saskatchewan youth basketball camp for decades after he was sentenced.

He was convicted in 1981 for two counts of having sex with girls between the ages of 14 and 16, as well as two counts of indecent assault against two other adolescent girls, all of whom were on a basketball team Hall was coaching at the time.

Two years later, Hall became involved with the youth camp, since no laws prohibit anyone convicted of committing sexual offences against minors from doing so in Saskatchewan. As Nathanial Dove explains in this exclusive report, that's raising new questions about child safety at sports camps.
