In Full: Kosovo’s leader warns Putin is destabilising Europe

Kosovo's president has told Sky News Russia is trying to cause political turmoil in countries such as Moldova and Kosovo as a way of distracting Europe from the war in Ukraine.

Vjosa Osmani, who was speaking as pro-Russian demonstrators took to the streets in Moldova, said attempts to destabilise the western Balkans would impact all of Europe.

And she urged Western leaders not to ignore her dire warnings, in the way she said the West had dismissed fears from Poland and the Baltic states that Russia was planning on invading Ukraine.

Western leaders are gathering in Munich to discuss the security issues facing Europe and the West with support for Ukraine top of the agenda.
