Immigration: Could more have been done to save lives in Italian boat disaster?

Sky News has been investigating the migrant boat disaster which killed at least 94 people in February when it sank off Crotone in Southern Italy.

Sky News and Lighthouse Reports, along with journalists from Le Monde, El Pais and Süddeutsche Zeitung have sought to answer a key question: Was the death toll so high because authorities failed to act quickly enough?
