The US and Chinese presidents, Joe Biden and Xi Jinping, are due to hold highly anticipated talks at the summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). The summit begins this weekend in San Francisco. Xi hasn't been to the US since 2017 and the two leaders haven't seen each other in person for a year. In a moment.
