HS2: 'It's time for the prime minister to grow up'

Sky News understands that the northern leg of HS2 will be scrapped by the prime minister.

Chief executive of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership, Henri Murison, told Kay Burley: "This feels like this is a prime minister that says one thing and does another, as well as trying to trash Boris Johnson's legacy."
