Russia's war in Ukraine is not only being fought on the battlefield but also through disinformation campaigns that promote false narratives.

How can truth win in this war? How can governments, big tech platforms and civil society combat the spread of fake news more efficiently?

To address these issues, DW's Conflict Zone host Sarah Kelly was joined at the recent Munich Security Conference by Czech Republic's Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky, NATO's Assistant Secretary General Baiba Braze, Google's President of Global Affairs Kent Walker, and South African disinformation specialist Phumzile Van Damme.
