Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Monday rushed senior party leader Mukul Wasnik to Goa as the party appeared to be in a disarray there. Taking a swipe at the BJP, Mr Wasnik said some "habitual offenders" often try to poach MLAs from other parties.
