For the first time since the war in Ukraine began, a ship filled with grain has left port. It’s been celebrated in Odesa, while in Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called it "very positive". He says it’s a good opportunity to test the effectiveness of the agreement Ukraine and Russia signed in Istanbul last month.
