Newfoundland and Labrador leads Canada in unemployment at almost 12-percent, partly due to the oil downturn and health-care costs for the province's aging population. As Ross Lord explains, that could hurt incumbent Liberals come election day.

In the 2019 federal election, just shy of 54 per cent of young Canadians turned out to vote. But between the pandemic, recent climate disasters, and rising costs of living, the priorities of young voters may show up at the polls. Olivia O’Malley explains.
