The province has been in lockdown since late December and a state of emergency is set to expire Tuesday. Cases have declined and hospitalizations are down. Restrictions may be able to slow the spread of the coronavirus, but it's the vaccine that will help finally bring our lives back to normal. So far, Canada's efforts are lagging behind dozens of other countries. Mercedes Stephenson sits down with Procurement Minister Anita Anand to look into where Canada currently stands.
