NHS England has told Hospital Trusts to only use gas and air as a “last resort”, with several hospitals temporarily suspending this pain relief method.

Midwife Leah Hazard addresses concerns that hospital staff are being exposed to excess levels of nitrous oxide which could "potentially cause danger".
