Voters in The Gambia are heading to the polls on Saturday to elect their next president, five years after long-time ruler Yahya Jammeh stepped down.
Incumbent President Adama Barrow and five other candidates are vying for the presidential seat.
Barrow's main task is to improve the country's economy.
The electoral commission says it has made all the preparations for a free and fair election.
