In Southern Ontario, the weather has been unpredictable and wild this February.

The city of Toronto experienced a record-breaking high of 13 C earlier in the day on Wednesday, but a sharp drop in temperature occurred in the afternoon, causing the mercury to plummet dramatically.

The sudden shift caught many people off guard, as the warm weather quickly gave way to frigid conditions. Flash rain and thunderstorms have also been affecting the region, making the weather even more unpredictable.
