Sirisha Bandla remembers the moment she learnt that she was fascinated by space. It was as a little girl, growing up in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. Years later - when Virgin Galactic's Richard Branson beat fellow billionaire Elon Musk into space on his own craft - many of us noticed an Indian woman on that first flight with Mr Branson. That woman is Sirisha Bandla - and she speaks to Maya Sharma about her journey from Guntur to almost 90 km above the Earth and what that journey means to her. And she tells us what she believes will be the future of space tourism.
