The French police have deployed dozens of mounted police units in a bid to prevent potential riots during the 23rd week of Yellow Vests protests in Paris, as shown in footage captured in the French capital on Saturday.
Footage shows police officers rearing their horses and patrolling the streets of Paris on horseback or with motorbikes.
On Saturday, the 'Yellow Vests' hit the streets of Paris for the 23rd time since the movement began.
The protesters are expected to march near by Notre Dame to honour the cathedral following the devastating fire.
On Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron postponed his address to the nation in which he was expected to respond to the movement's demands, due to the massive fire that broke out at the 850-year-old cathedral.
