Farmers Protest Live Updates: The biggest fruit and vegetable mandi (wholesale market) in Lucknow, locally known as the Dubagga Mandi, has been shut completely as part of the farmer's all-India shutdown or bandh today. The mandi sees a daily footfall of more than 15,000 farmers. Commission agents at the mandi told NDTV the losses associated with shutdown today would be upward of Rs 2 crore, but they support the Bharat Bandh call of farmers.
