EU foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels today, with the war in Ukraine high on the agenda.
The ministers will discuss new sanctions against Russia, aimed at preventing sales of Russian oil via third countries. Ukraine's foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba will take part in the conference by video link. Ministers will also discuss imposing further sanctions on Iran and Belarus.
