Endometrial ablation burns away the womb lining with the aim of reducing periods for women who suffer from heavy bleeding. But when it doesn't work, patients describe terrible pain, years of their lives ruined - and doctors who seem to have little idea what's wrong.

Sky's Amelia Harper reports that a growing number of women are calling on the NHS to improve awareness of the other treatment options available.
