El Salvador ex- judges protest against Bukele re-election ruling

El Salvador's Congress and supreme court have been rolling out measures which critics say attack the Central American nation’s democracy.
Last week, the country's top court ruled the president can serve two consecutive terms- opening the door for Nayib Bukele to stay in power beyond 2024.
The ruling was handed down by judges recently appointed by parliament, which is controlled by the ruling party.
