Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei have promised what they're calling a 'harsh response'-- after two explosions killed dozens of people in the southeast.
Health officials have revised the death toll for a second time. They're now saying the number of people killed is 84.

The attack happened at a cemetery in the city of Kerman, during a ceremony at the tomb of the assassinated senior general Qassem Soleimani.

Al Jazeera’s Michael Appel reports and Ali Hashem has the latest developments in Tehran, Iran.
