Former advisor to the Prime Minister, Dominic Cummings, responded to accusations that he leaked the PM's text messages by launching an attack.

In a length blog the advisor named the leaks in number 10 and exposed Boris Johnson for trying to push an "unethical" and "possibly illegal" plan to fund a refurbishment of his Downing Street flat.
