Rachel Williams, a domestic abuse survivor and campaigner has welcomed the government's announcement of cash funding for domestic abuse victims.

Rachel who is lucky to be alive, shares the horrendous ordeal she endured by her ex-partner with Sky's Sophy Ridge.
