Doctor worried about emotional toll on staff if hospitals deny ICU care

As some Ontario hospitals prepare for the possibility of denying life-saving care to people in ICUs due to the number of COVID-19 patients, one doctor involved in the training says doing so could have an emotional impact on health-care providers.
