मार्च के महीने में ही गर्मी ने अपने तेवर दिखाने शुरू कर दिए है. तटीय राज्यों में गर्मी ने अभी से रिकॉर्ड तोड़ने शुरू कर दिए है. कुछ महीने पहले तक केरल बाढ़-बारिश से परेशान था. तो वहीं गोवा में तो मौसम विभाग ने हीट वेव का अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है.
