अब नया विवाद फतेहपुर सीकरी में दरगाह या माता कामाख्या देवी मंदिर को लेकर शुरू हो गया है. ये विवाद क्षत्रिय शक्तिपीठ ट्रस्ट के वकील के दावे से शुरू हुआ है. जिसने इसे लेकर आगरा जिला अदालत में याचिका लगाई है. कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के लिए याचिका स्वीकार भी कर ली है.वकील अजय प्रताप का दावा है कि फतेहपुर सीकरी में जहां सलीम चिश्ती की दरगाह है, वहां माता कामाख्या देवी मंदिर हुआ करता था और वहीं गर्भगृह है। जिसे तोड़कर सलीम चिश्ती की दरगाह बनाई गई है.

Who has filed a petition in Agra District Court regarding this. The court has also accepted the petition for hearing. Advocate Ajay Pratap claims that in Fatehpur Sikri, where the Dargah of Salim Chishti is, there used to be Mata Kamakhya Devi temple and the garbhgrih is there. The Dargah of Salim Chishti has been built by demolishing it.
