The head of the global energy watchdog has told Sky News dealing with climate change "lacked urgency" at Davos.

With attention focussed on the war in Ukraine and a global economic downturn, Fatih Birol, executive director of the International Energy Agency, said world leaders were less focused on tackling the climate emergency.
