A police officer has been found guilty of manslaughter of the former footballer Dalian Atkinson, but was cleared of his murder.

The jury heard that PC Benjamin Monk had fired a Taser three times and kicked Mr Atkinson twice in the head once he fell to the ground during the incident in 2016.
Today, Mr Atkinson's family said justice had been done, but they criticised the "completely unacceptable" five-year delay in bringing the case to trial.
