Crossbow attacks: 'It could have been any of us', says neighbour of victim

A manhunt is underway after two suspected crossbow attacks in east London, which police believe are linked.

A neighbour of one of the victims told Sky News, "it could have been any of us" and that "more should have been done" before the attack to make the area safer.
