People protesting against a proposed pandemic bill camped outside Parliament House in Melbourne overnight on Nov. 15.

Footage shows protesters outside Parliament House on Monday night and into Tuesday morning. Other video circulating on social media showed fake gallows outside the building.

Australia's Victorian government’s new Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021 would give the state government more power to declare a state of emergency and introduce pandemic orders. The bill was debated on Monday night and a number of amendments were made, according to reports.
