There could soon be a major shift in the war in Ukraine.

A top Ukrainian military official said a counteroffensive against Russia is "ready to begin."

Oleksiy Danilov didn't say when it would happen, but as Sean O'Shea reports, military experts are saying this may be the only way for the war to end.
