There are new details about the Canadian government's COVID-19 vaccine rollout plan. At this point, none of the vaccines have been approved, but some have shown so much promise in clinical trials, Health Canada could green-light them as early as next month for use. Meanwhile, the government says it has signed final deals with five of the seven leading manufacturers it has contracts with.
